Gulf CVs include details a US or UK CV would leave out. For a fresher:

Use a few channels well. The UAE government portal lists official job portals, including the Federal Government job portal, Dubai Careers and Abu Dhabi Government job portal, as well as private sites such as Bayt and NaukriGulf. It also notes that job fairs are particularly good for fresh graduates.
