3. User Accounts

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal period. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to premium features.

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our Service, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to discuss a potential refund.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by You

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Any defects or errors will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
  • The results obtained from using the Service will meet your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZPROCV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
